Two-component spray-type marking coating

Two-component spray-type marking coating is a road marking coating consisting of two different components, A and B, which are made from two different low-viscosity monomer resins. Before use, a catalyst is added to component B and stirred evenly. Then, a two-component spray marking machine is used to fully mix the two different components under high pressure before applying them to the road surface. Before the reaction, due to its low viscosity, it has good permeability (strong adhesion). After the cross-linking reaction, it forms a paint film with large molecular weight, featuring high strength (tough and wear-resistant). Its advent has solved the long-standing problems in the marking industry, such as the poor wear resistance of normal-temperature markings and the easy contamination and cracking of hot-melt markings. Since its launch, it has developed extremely rapidly, with its application fields continuously expanding, and is known as the third "marking revolution".
