Two-component trowel-applied marking coating is a new generation of road marking coating. It is formed by low-molecular-weight acrylic polymers reacting with curing agents to form a network-structured polymer with extremely large molecular weight. The coating film is full and hard, featuring excellent stain resistance, strong wear resistance, and good reflective effect.

【Product Highlights】

Convenient construction: The two-component trowel-applied coating has no specific requirements for marking equipment. It can be constructed using modified conventional hot-melt trolleys or special two-component trowel machines.

Good self-cleaning property: The cross-linking reaction forms a macromolecular network structure, with a dense and full surface, which brings good anti-fouling property, excellent weather resistance (no cracking in winter and no softening in summer), and good self-cleaning performance.

Long service life: It has strong adhesion and excellent wear resistance, and can be used for more than 2 years on urban roads.

Excellent reflective performance: Containing 20% reflective microbeads and combined with surface-sprinkled beads, the retroreflection coefficient can reach more than 350.

Environmentally friendly: It contains no organic solvents, with a solid content of over 98% and little volatile matter, making it a solvent-free and environmentally friendly marking coating.

【Marking Performance】

Two-component trowel-applied marking is formed by fully mixing component A and component B coatings, which then undergo a cross-linking reaction under the action of a curing agent to form a network-structured macromolecular film-forming substance. Different from traditional single-component coatings that form films through physical drying, it has high strength, high wear resistance, high toughness, and good self-cleaning property that are unmatched by conventional coatings. Moreover, due to its dense internal structure, under the same condition of surface-sprinkled glass beads, its retroreflection coefficient is much higher than that of hot-melt markings. In particular, with a large number of microbeads mixed inside, even after the surface-sprinkled beads are worn, it still maintains a good reflective effect, and its effective service life is much longer than that of hot-melt markings, even more than double.
